Weatherization Crew Chief

Full-time position available for motivated individual with the ability to complete home weatherization repairs. Responsibilities include home repairs to reduce air infiltration.  Requirements include education in construction/carpentry or 3+ years of job experience in construction/carpentry field along with crew leadership. Training in weatherization tactics will be provided.  Starting salary is commensurate with job experience.  Benefit package including paid holidays, paid vacation, employee health care and matching retirement plan.  Additional requirements include high school diploma and valid PA Driver’s License.  Current criminal background check and Child Abuse Clearance must be provided.
