Transportation Planning Manager

The NEPA Alliance is seeking applicants for the position of Transportation Planning Manager, a full-time, salaried position within the Transportation Planning Services Division entailing technical duties in support of various transportation programs and services administered by NEPA, related to the PennDOT MPO Transportation Improvement Program, project development and multimodal long range planning.

 

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in a Planning Discipline, Public Administration, Political Science or related field and one (1) to three (3) years of experience in transportation planning, community or economic development, government program administration, or related field. Certification by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and Geographic Information System (GIS) experience is preferred, but not required. Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills, and a valid driver’s license or the ability to attain one are required. Salary range is $55,000 to $65,000 annually DOQ, with an excellent benefit package.
