Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and increase sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about sales. The more you sell, the more you can earn, as we offer a competitive commission-based compensation structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Present and promote our pressure washing and soft washing services to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of pressure washing and soft washing services is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position, offering a lucrative earning potential based on performance. The more you sell, the more you earn, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives as you meet and exceed sales targets.
