POSITION SUMMARY

Coordinates  and scheduleds post-construction tasks including QC Inspection, repairs, gutter, punch lists.  Works closely with customer, sales, crews, delivery and warehouse departments.  Serves as main point of contact after building has been completed.  Responsible for Customer Service Reports. Reports to Customer Service Manager.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES

    Coordinates and schedules QC, repairs, gutter, punch list jobs.

    Serves as main point of contact for customers post-construction

    Gathers and reports information for production meetings, A/R meeting, monthly and quarterly reports

    Maintains appropriate documents in customer files (SharePoint, QC) related to customer service department

    Works closely with other departments

    Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

BA/BS or Associates Degree preferred, HS graduate or equivalent, required

Related experience:

(preferably in construction)        Customer Service        Quality Control        Purchasing

POSITION DETAILS

    First (daytime) shift hours, may require OT as needed

    Must be organized and be able to prioritize work flow

    Must have good communication skills, verbal and written

    Must be able to discern customer issues, prioritize them and handle difficult customers with professionalism

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    Sit for long periods of time at computer/desk

    Walking, primarily in office / warehouse; occasional walking outside in elements, climbing stairs

    Visual acuity for reading, computer workstation

    Ability to lift up to 45 lbs

    Ability to operate office equipment
