Law Firm Administrator
A ten-attorney, multi-practice law firm based in Pottsville, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, seeks a full-time Law Firm Administrator to manage the firm’s day-to-day business operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the firm’s financial operations, human resources, technology, real estate, and communications systems.
- Develop, implement, and supervise policies set by the management committee.
- Assist partners in advancing the firm’s overall vision.
Preferred Education and Skills:
- College degree preferred; minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, business management, technology, communications, and/or HR.
- Extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, goal-oriented, and attentive to detail.
- Must possess strong organizational, supervisory, and management skills.
- Ability to identify, define, and analyze management issues and create strategies to address them.
- Critical ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Salary: $60K to $80K, depending on experience.
