Position Summary: Assist in growing sales.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

· Taking calls in the office from current and prospective customers

· Assist in quoting projects

· Complete material lists for upcoming projects

Knowledge and skills required:

· Sales and customer service knowledge

· Knowledge of building materials

· Strong organizational and communication skills both in person and over the phone

· Interpersonal skills including professionalism, patience and courtesy

Education and experience:

· Construction experience

· Sales experience

Position details:

· First shift, daytime hours. Some weekends and evenings may apply

· Must be organized and be able to prioritize and work under minimal supervision

· Must have strong communication and documentation skills

· Detail oriented

· Ability to analyze and propose changes conducive to eliminating or reducing repetitive tasks ad streamlining workflow

Physical requirements:

· Standing, walking, sitting for extended periods of time

· Communicate effectively using speech, vision, hearing and writing

· Possess visual acuity to read, and work at computer workstation
