Coffee & Cliff Notes is the Chamber's newest education series. Through the Chamber's Education Committee, we will be rolling out "Coffee & Cliff Notes" sessions to educate our businesses and nonprofits about business related matters that are important and timely (while we enjoy coffee!).

What will we cover: SECURE 2.0 was signed into law by President Biden on December 29, 2022 as part of a larger appropriations bill to fund the government. A kind of sequel to the SECURE Act passed by the Trump Administration in 2019, SECURE 2.0 makes it easier to save for retirement, easier to preserve savings in retirement, and easier for businesses to provide retirement benefits.  We will be discussing the Top 10 provisions of SECURE 2.0 that individuals and small business owners should know.
