In today’s fast-paced world, the workplace becomes not just a hub for work-related activities but also a pivotal environment for promoting health and well-being. 

Recognizing the considerable time individuals spend at work, "An Integrative Approach to Wellness in the Workplace" offers an innovative perspective on promoting health within this space. 

In this session will introduce the ideas of preventative health care, wellness, and being proactive vs. reactive. Then, we'll dive into the root causes of poor health and disease, and what employers can do to help foster a workplace that encourages health-promoting vs. health-damaging behaviors.
