Description

Schuylkill Leadership is a ten-session program designed to develop our workforce, and ensure that new, able, resourceful, and vigorous leadership is continuously added to our community to face the problems and opportunities in deciding the future of Schuylkill County!

By seeking out and identifying capable individuals in the community and involving them in a formalized program that introduces them to the vital issues affecting our communities, Schuylkill Leadership sets a course for their active participation in community affairs to address the identified issues and find solutions for them. The program includes classroom-style training and field trips to various businesses and nonprofits in Schuylkill County.

Invest in future leaders! Working together and shaping a new generation of leaders to build a better Schuylkill County is what Schuylkill Leadership is all about!

Nonprofits: Tuition assistance (up to 50%) may be available through the Schuylkill Chamber Foundation. Please indicate you are seeking a scholarship on your application. 

Visionary and Premier Chamber Investors: Professional development credits may be used toward Schuylkill Leadership.
